Fully charge the controller using the supplied charging cable before first use.
Read the supplied safety instructions and complete any required light-sensitivity test before your first full session.
Begin with clean, completely dry skin or scalp. Remove makeup, skincare products and excess oils.
For facial use, attach the silicone eye protectors, position the mask over the face and adjust the straps for a secure, comfortable fit.
For scalp use, position the light-emitting surface over the intended scalp area and secure it according to the supplied user manual. Part the hair if needed to expose the scalp.
Switch on the controller and select the desired light mode.
Select 10, 20 or 30 minutes for Red, Blue or Red + Near-Infrared mode. Select 10 or 20 minutes for Near-Infrared, Amber or Mixed mode.
Follow the supplied manual for recommended treatment frequency and do not exceed the stated session time.
After use, switch off the device and remove the mask. Facial skincare products may be applied afterwards if desired.
Wipe the silicone surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the mask or controller in water. Allow the device to dry fully before storage.
